About the Owner

Lanisha L. has spent most of her life working in the field of health, wellness, and artistry.  She is a certified massage therapist and esthetician who has been in the field since 2002 and has been involved in artistry (both movable & visual) for most of her life. Her desire to help her clients improve their personal wellness practices led to Lanisha creating personalized aromatherapy products to use beyond her clients’ time in their sessions with her.  Although she has provided such products to some of her clients, close friends, and family since 2007 she decided to expand her business to make it accessible to everyone. In 2018 her business – “Ideal Essentials” – launched to the public encompassing various products and services to help inspire her customers and clients “Refresh, Renew, Relax.”  She believes that a key component of healthy living is to engage the senses through art, décor, spa care & products, organization, and overall mindful & relaxing living.
