Bookings, Payments, & Policy

 

Bookings:

We are not able to book online at this time.  Please click on the “Schedule Appointment” button and complete the required fields.  We will then contact you within 48 hours to schedule your appointment.

Upon scheduling your appointment, the required deposit will be due and can be paid over the phone, via an invoice that can be sent to your provided email, or via a link sent to your provided mobile number. Keep in mind the appointment will only be secured once the non-refundable deposit is received.

Deposits:

Deposits are 35% of the appointment price total.  Deposits are nonrefundable but are transferable (if more then 48-Hour notice is provided) to a client’s very next rescheduled appointment (this is transferable one time only).  Acceptable payment methods are cash and/or credit card.

Cancellations/No-Shows:

We are a “by appointment” business therefore cancellations (particularly last-minute cancellations) have great impact on our business and the scheduling of other clients.  We understand that unanticipated events happen but in our desire to be effective and fair to all clients our “Cancellation/No-Show” policies are honored as follows:

  • Prior to 48-Hour Notice: The 35% deposit is transferrable to the next rescheduled appointment (this is transferable one time only).
  • Less than 48-Hour Notice: Client will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
  • Less than 24-Hour Notice: Client will be charged the full appointment cost.
  • No-Show: Client will be charged the full appointment cost.

ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA GUESTS OR CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED UNLESS THEY ARE RECEIVING SERVICES.

Late Arrivals

Punctuality is key and is greatly valued regarding services rendered.  Appointment times may be forfeited if more than 15 minutes late and may cause unnecessary delays to start of service. If this occurs, the client will still be charged the full amount for the cost of the appointment.  If a client is tardy to their appointment, he/she must understand that their appointment will still be concluded at the original scheduled time to end, and the cost for the original scheduled appointment is to still be paid in full.  The company has the right to cancel any appointments at any time due to excessive tardiness and/or lack of communication.  Out of respect and consideration to us and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds.  If there is an issue or concern with any service(s) please be sure to share such concern with the business owner so the company can try to address your concern(s) as best as possible.

Gift Cards/Certificates

Any gift cards/certificates are good for 6 months from the date of purchase.
