1. A Deep Tissue massage is a technique that uses firm to deep pressure applied to the body to target the muscles and connective tissues below the superficial layer of the body. This technique is recommended for athletes or those who experience chronic pain and/or partake in heavy physical activity on a regular basis.  This method is more intense than Swedish massage.
2. Benefits of Deep Tissue massage, include but are not limited to:
